LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Providing the Wheeldock product was purchased from Wheeldock LLC or an authorized Wheeldock dealer the following warranty is offered.

 

WHEELDOCK, LLC (WHEELDOCK) provides a lifetime warranty on all WHEELDOCK products against defective material or workmanship. The purchaser must provide WHEELDOCK notice of the defect and establish that the equipment, parts, etc., have been properly set up, maintained, and operated within the limits of rated and normal usage. The original purchaser must also return the defective part or parts to WHEELDOCK for inspection.

 

This Warranty shall not cover any cost of labor, transportation, freight, installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, rust, or failure of the air cylinder, but shall be limited to repair or replacement of those parts, which upon inspection by WHEELDOCK appear to have been defective in material or workmanship.

 

This Warranty is limited to the first purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase from Wheeldock LLC or an authorized dealer must accompany any returns.

 

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied (including those of merchantability and fitness of any product for a particular purpose) and all other obligations of liabilities on the part of WHEELDOCK, LLC and WHEELDOCK, LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for WHEELDOCK, LLC any other liability in connection with the sales of WHEELDOCK products. There are no warranties, which extend beyond the description of the face thereof.

 

If you purchase any WHEELDOCK product from a non-authorized dealer on eBay or other online auction services, you will not receive exchange privileges, 60-day satisfaction guarantee rights, or the limited lifetime warranty that we offer on all of our products sold through WHEELDOCK or the official WHEELDOCK LLC authorized dealer network.

WHEELDOCK’S printed materials are copyrighted. All such content is the property of the WHEELDOCK Co. and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. WHEELDOCK will not allow any person, including any dealer or entity, to use copyrighted material without prior approval. WHEELDOCK strictly prohibits the unauthorized use of photographs, company product descriptions, text, images, graphics or any other copyrighted material copied from the WHEELDOCK videos, adds, brochures, company Web pages, or any other source, for eBay or any other Internet auctions.

RETURN POLICY

60-Day money back guarantee.  Product must be in re-saleable condition.  Consumer is responsible for all return shipping fees.  RMA number is required.

Return Policy

Any and all items may be returned within 14 days of original order. Items MUST be returned in their original shipped condition and include all related parts and instructions. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.  Credit will be issued less any missing parts. DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE CREDITED OR RETURNED TO SENDER.  All credits issued are less shipping and handling charges, unless the error is on our behalf. In order to expedite your credit request, a copy of your original sales receipt should be included with your return. Please email us or contact us before returning an item and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT AN ASSIGNED RMA NUMBER WRITTEN VISIBLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.

Warranty Policy

All our products carry a one-year warranty from the manufacturer. Items may be exchanged ONLY for the exact same items with our one-year warranty and the customer will pay for shipping and handling, unless the error is on our behalf.  Warranty replacement does not extend the one-year warranty.  One -Year warranty remains effective from the original purchase date.

 

In order to expedite your warranty request, a copy of your original sales receipt should be included with your return. Please email us or contact us before returning an item and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT AN ASSIGNED RMA NUMBER WRITTEN VISIBLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.

Damage Policy

If product is received damaged during shipping, you must contact North Dakota Motorcycle Accessories within 24 hours and keep all original packaging and its contents.

North Dakota Motorcycle Accessories always recommends that you read and understand all manufacturer recommendations relating to the specific product.  North Dakota Motorcycle Accessories and its suppliers will not be held liable for any injury or damage whatsoever which may arise out of the use of any products.  Purchaser agrees to hold harmless North Dakota Motorcycle Accessories and any manufacturer/supplier.
